Spec Ed: Snapshot Overview

The purpose of this session will be to review Snapshot data requirements for Special Education, specifically the October 1st child count in Special Education and graduation of students with disabilities, for reporting on 12/10/24. 

DPI information: 

The WISEdata Student Snapshot will occur Tuesday, December 10, 2024.

The snapshot will capture:

• 2023-24 Year End Attendance, Discipline, Completion, Roster, Career Education
• 2024-25 Third Friday of September Enrollment
• 2024-25 October 1 Child Count of students with disabilities
• 2024-25 High School Graduation Requirements (Graduation Plan)
• 2024-25 Digital Equity data (Not required but strongly recommended)

The following demographics will be captured for all students: Race/Ethnicity, Gender, Grade Level, Disability Status, Economically Disadvantaged Status, and Food Services Eligibility.
