Developing and Implementing an Outward Mindset

This 2-day workshop (April 28-29) equips attendees with a set of self-awareness tools, mindset-change tools, accountability tools, and collaboration tools enabling participants to:

• Understand the impacts of mindset on results
• Distinguish between "our results" and "my results" mindsets
• Assess the extent to which they are working with a "my results" mindset
• Work in a way that is more collaborative, fulfilling, and effective
