NET FLIPPED TRAINING NETWORK (EP New Evaluators)

This networking opportunity provides a comprehensive and interactive in-person experience for evaluators new to the Effectiveness Project as they engage in the New Evaluator of Teacher (NET) online training. By combining online training with in-person processing, these sessions aim to offer a well-rounded learning experience that caters to various learning styles and fosters collaboration and camaraderie among new evaluators. This approach can enhance the effectiveness of the training and better prepare participants for their role as an evaluator.

Objectives

Participants will:

• Be supported with additional resources and coaching as they begin to implement EP
• Be able to ask questions and process next steps while preparing to engage in evaluation
• Develop a network of colleagues engaged in similar work
• Gain deeper insights into the experiential reality simulation activity required in NET
