Developing and Implementing an Outward Mindset

This 2-day workshop (Oct 24 and 31) equips attendees with a set of self-awareness tools, mindset-change tools, accountability tools, and collaboration tools enabling participants to:

• Distinguish between inward and outward mindsets
• Understand the impacts of mindset on results
• Assess the extent to which they are working with an inward mindset
• Change their mindsets to become more outward
• Work in a way that is more collaborative, fulfilling, and effective
